My interest in healing and energy work began at a very early age when I became conscious of sensing people's energy. I also believed in telepathy at a very young age and that we are all energetically linked to each other. At 11 I worked to develop my ability to sense peoples aura, and could see energy around all living things.  At this point, I also began detecting where pain and imbalances were within the body by 'scanning' the body and sensing the aura with my hands, for example, if someone had a bruise on thier leg my hands would intensely tingle above that very spot when I 'scanned' over that area.  From childhood into my adulthood, I have always been curious about peoples ‘problems’ and drawn to want to help them.

WORK:- At school I excelled in the arts, and after graduating in 2001 with a 2:1 degree in Interior Design from the Surrey Institute of Art & Design University College, I decided I wanted to work and care for young adults with Learning disabilities and Challenging behaviour.  This was such a memorable and moving time for me.  It was an honour and privalge to work with the truely amazing and inspiring individulals there.  During this time, I also gained my certificate in Counselling skills before leaving to to go on to study my Post Graduate Diploma in Art Psychotherapy at Goldsmiths University in 2003. This led to my experience working within the NHS within child and adult mental health, and upon qualifying in 2005, I continued to work in Schools in SE London as an Art Psychotherapist with children and adolescents who were at high risk of exclusion.  In 2008 began working in Blossom House School, a specialist school now based in Motspur Park for primary and secondary and post 16 adolescents with speech and language difficulties, where I still work part time 3 days a week.

During the above periods I developed my understanding of the importance of psychological and emotional health, and how these impact on the physical health.  In 2007 I gained my ITEC Diploma qualifications in Holistic Massage and Reflexology, and immediately began offering treatments. In 2009 I wanted to develop my natural ability to channel energy and became a qualified Reiki Practitioner, undertaking my Reiki Training with James Philip - a renowned and sought after Reiki Master and resident teacher and healer at the Omega Holistic Institute, New York.  I continued to study with James in developing my six sense ability to ‘tune’ into others.  In 2010 I completed my training in Rebirthing and spiritual purification with Heike Strombach - the international Co-coordinator for Rebirth International and also Rebirther Breathwork Trainer with Leonard Orr - the founder of Rebirthing Breathwork. As I recogise and am passionate about the importance of nutrition and how and what we put into our body and the effects it has on our mood/ our spirit/ our health - I became a Forever Living Business Owner in 2015.  I am passionate about Aloe Vera, a simply miraclous plant that the Japense refer to as 'no need for doctor' and the utterly wonderfully nourishing food bees produce, and how both these products bring to you energy, vitality, good health and positivity... not to mention, make you look younger too!

I uphold a strong code of ethics, and I am a member of the Complementary Therapists Association, The British Association of Art Therapists, as well as being a State Registered Arts Psychotherapist.
